Safety routines
Sign-in and the deck
Swimmers sign in at the front desk, rinse at the showers and wait on the bench until the instructor calls their level.
Parents on site
A parent or guardian stays at the pool during every class and watches from the bench or the lounge.
Lifeguard on the deck
A lifeguard watches the water at each pool while classes are in session.
Unwell or closed
We text families when a pool closes, and a missed class is made up in the same term when a place is open.
