At a placement visit: a short time in the water with an instructor, who suggests a level and a cap color. You then choose a class from the schedule.

Parent classes, Water comfort and Floating last 30 minutes. Kicking, Strokes, Stroke combinations and Endurance and technique last 45 minutes.

Which pool is my swimmer's class in?

Do I get in the water?

In Parent and baby and Parent and toddler, yes: a grown-up is in the water with each swimmer. In the other levels, you watch from the bench or the lounge.

What should my swimmer wear and bring?

A swimsuit or swim trunks, a towel and a bag for wet things. Babies wear a swim diaper. Goggles are your choice.

What if we miss a class?

Do you teach in the summer?

Which languages do instructors speak?
